I placed an order in May of 2022 and still have not received it despite multiple communications between myself and TSX through email. Each time I've been assured not only will my order be processed, but that I'll be compensated for this mess.
Each time nothing happens. The last 2 emails I've sent have gone ignored.
This is frustrating, of course, but especially so when you're already an established customer and have purchased from TSX previously with great results, great products, and great customer service. But for some reason, this order has been ignored and my money has been stolen. Happy to revise and give a proper review of the actual product when my order is fixed. Thanks!
